Warrior Training: Musters

Muster Defined--

1. (noun) a gathering of military personnel for duty

2. (verb) muster, rally, summon, come up, muster up


Musters are the Warrior Guild's monthly meetings for training. A lot of things happen at these meetings! These musters are where we sharpen old skills and learn new ones. New members will do basic skill work while others work on more intensive training for the first part of the Muster.

The following are some of the training objectives for the Warriors Guild during musters:



Proficiency in Sword and Shield Combat Knife and Axe Throwing
Archery Spear
Quarter Staff Tracking
Woodcraft & outdoor survival skills Personal Concealment/ Stealth
Spiritual Training (i.e., working with energy) First Aid & CPR
Marching & Formations Group Combat
Personal exercises for strength, flexibility & endurance Martial Arts/ Hand to Hand Combat
Tactics & Strategy

Working Musters will be held as additional weekends and will be scheduled separately from regular Musters. Also, Team Building weekends will be scheduled as separate weekends for those who wish to be involved- attendance is not necessary. Such activities may include but are not limited to:


Backpacking and hiking Whitewater Rafting
Paintball Wars Rock Climbing
Crystal Mining
